Adams Hill- Glendale's Best Kept Secret!

First of all, If you're stopping by to visit the property, don't be afraid to call and tell me you are lost. The streets around here wind and curve, change names without warning, and run both east/west and north/south (that would be Chevy Chase). But as I see it, it's all part of the charm.

The pay-off is this really great neighborhood. A few houses down, and you're standing in front of the very first Baskin-Robbins in the country (now Adams Kabob House). look the other way, and you get rolling hills, mountain views and a sense of easy living. That's because we are actually in the middle of a neighborhood. And it's a neighborhood surrounded by neighborhoods, so nothing major could ever be built around here that would bring, density, traffic and noise.

What's nearby?

If you like to ride your bike, you can be in the heart of downtown Glendale, on Brand Blvd. in about fifteen (although if you want to impress your out-of-town friends, always drive in your car- show them you have acclimated to the LA way). Here you'll find restaurant row, 3 movie theatres, the Glendale Galleria Mall and the soon to open Americana- developed by the same group that built The Grove. More great restuarants and stuff to do.

For those who work in downtown LA, you can get there without using the freeways.

We also border Silver lake, Eagle Rock and just down the street from Pasadena. Soon I'll start posting other points of interest nearby, along with photos.
